I got this book called Our Best Bites as an early birthday gift to myself! As I was looking through the book I saw the recipe for strawberry lime shortcakes with coconut cream. I have been in a really coconut mood and I love strawberries so I decided to make this lovely treat! I have to admit it turn out wonderfully!
