We went to Moab for a little camping trip. It was also Camille's first camping experience. I wanted Amanda and Camille to be able to see the beauty of Utah. I love southern Utah and the awesome national parks. The first night with Camille was rough she had a difficult time sleeping in the tent with all of us! We went to Arches National park and tried to hike some trails. It was a little more difficult with a young child but she did really well! We lucked out because it was only in the 80's the weekend we were there rather than what it normally is that time of year 90's at least! Here are just a few pictures that we took. I'll have to find the rest of them!

What we've been up to these days
My sister and her daughter have been living with Jordan and I for the past few months and it has been a good experience in many ways. That kid is so cute I can't even tell you! I have been trying to figure out things to do with them. We've gone to the library for 'Tales for Tots', gone to the park a few times, gone to play group at our church, went to Wheeler Farm, took walks, and played in the pool. It hasn't been the nicest weather lately so it's been hard to do a lot of outside stuff.
We just got back from Washington State where my husband's parents, my mom, and my Grandpa live. It was nice to visit with family and to have some flash backs from my childhood. I like Washington but I wish it were more sunny!
I will probably get a job toward the end of the summer so I can enjoy time with my sister and spend time outside in the sun! I have to figure out what I want to do maybe work at Fidelity or Kneaders. I really don't know.
I have been pretty busy keeping up with cleaning the apartment, preparing meals, doing laundry, playing with the kid, and all the other stuff that a stay-at-home wife should be doing. Where does the day go?
PS Jordan and I have been married 4 months! I love him more everyday. He has so many wonderful qualities that I admire.

Frame Revamp!
I have been into a crafty mood lately and I had an old frame in my tote of craft stuff, so I decided to revamp it. I always have ideas but then am too scared to try them. But I got up courage and figured if it looked terrible I would just stick it back in the tote. :) I sanded off the words and then put a little bit of cream paint to see if I wanted to paint it cream or the green that we painted our wall. This is what it looked like before...
I gave it a few coats of the green I had from painting our bedroom wall and coated it with some clear enamel. I painted a piece of cardboard and put "peace" on it.
Before I put it all together I made a little yo-yo flower and glued it onto the frame. This is what it looks like now! I think it look pretty good. It is nice and simple but has a little character with the flower. My next project is going to be an entry table...maybe :)

Two Months!
Wow! I've been married for 2 months! I can't believe it. My husband is the sweetest and most understanding person I know. I love him! We haven't been up to much. I am still trying to get our apartment organized and finding a place for everything. I have been looking for an entry table/sofa table for by our door. It is impossible to find one that is reasonably priced and in Utah. I found the perfect one in REXBURG :( but that is a little too far for us... BOO!! I want it! Hopefully we can find something similar here.
I am trying to do a garden but the weather is still pretty unpredictable. For example Saturday was 70 degrees and then Sunday we woke up to about 6 inches of SNOW and it snowed the entire day! A few plants died... but I have one strong cucumber plant and some radishes and carrots! I will plant a few more seedlings here in a few weeks.
I also made a necklace during conference. It took a long time to decide which beads to use but I think it came together nicely and it looks pretty cute!

Nothing else to report. . . :)

Honeymoon
We went to Midway, Utah for our honeymoon and stayed in a little inn called the Invited Inn. My love didn't tell me where we were going until we were on our way to the temple. It was fun to have a surprise!!
