This month my goal is to not eat after 10pm. This may sound a little crazy but I eat late at night probably about 3 nights a week. I am normally out and about until then and I need to eat so I do. Hopefully this will help me loose some weight. Last month went so well. I didn't put on any salt!
PS-- Don't type 'midnight snacks' into Google and look for images. NOT. GOOD. I just wanted a picture that described my post!
Also, I am going to WA for Labor Day Weekend!
