Wedding ramblings #2

We had our engagement pictures take on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at the Lehi Train Station. At first I was bugged that we had to drive down there and that she didn't really know of any places in Salt Lake but it was so cool. I liked the buildings and train tracks. To view a few of our engagements you can go here. There are a few that we really like. I am excited to start putting together an announcement. Hopefully soon you, my friends will be getting one in the mail!

We also turned in our application for the apartment we want. We had to have a background check and credit check done on both of us. Luckily, we passed! It kind of stinks that we had to pay $50 to get something done that we knew we would pass. I guess to get an apartment that is criminal free and cute we have to do it. I think on Saturday we will probably put the deposit down and secure the actual apartment we want.

We also have been stuck on a reception center. We are leaning strongly to Noah's in South Jordan. It is pretty close to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple, in fact from the room that we would have we can see it in the distance! It's kind of romantic and sweet! However, there is another Noah's in Lindon and the rent for the room is half as much and it only holds 30 less people. Decisions. Not one of my strong suits.

Oh I did buy cute little outfits for the nephews for the wedding. I should put some pictures up of them. They are going to wear dark gray pants with a white shirt and a purple and black striped tie. They will look adorable!! The nieces and future niece are a different story. I either want a gray dress and they can wear a purple cardigan or vice versa. It's so fun to pick out stuff for the kids.

I had an awakening this last week because Jordan has a reminder to pay his rent that goes off on his computer. I told him this is the last rent check that he has to pay in that apartment! Then we will be paying the rent for our new place! Crazy!
