Well . . . we've been kind of stuck... I am getting pretty nervous about getting everything done. Luckily, I have a friend that is helping me out a TON!!! Thank you Jess!
CAKE!!! I found a picture of a cake that I like. I may do butter cream instead of fondant and have colored flowers. I like it. We are still trying to find someone to make it. Hopefully I will be able to check this one off the list soon.
Catering vs. doing it yourself . Right now this is the big dilemma. I would love to do it ourselves but I don't think that it would be practical for us. With catering it's all taken care of. We won't have to check to make sure there is still food on the table, we don't have to set it up or take it down. We will have to FORK OUT a bunch of $$$$$. It would cost less to do it all ourselves but we don't have the man power and space to have all that food stored. Plus, both of our families are coming from out of town so that will be a juggling act. I can't wait to see them though!!! I miss them terribly!
Flowers and centerpieces. Are the last big piece to the puzzle. I have an idea of what I want. But still working it out in my mind.
We are going to get our announcements done during Christmas when we are up in Washington so you should be expecting yours soon. You better sign up on our form if you haven't already, if you want to get an announcement!

At our wedding for food we had a bunch of sisters from the ward make things and then they took care of keeping everything stocked during the reception. Maybe you could have some of your ward buddies do that or your Utah friends could help out with that. Then you save the money and don't have to worry about it!
