Dessert Night Tradition Continued...

Lisa and I continued the tradition started with Corrine, Melanie, and I by making dinner and an ice cream pie. Picture are to come. For dinner we made some beef roll ups that had onion, mushrooms, spinach, and yellow bell peppers. I of course had to make mine special. We marinated the beef with seasoning and a marinade for a while and then rolled them and put bacon on the outside. After we finished rolling them we stuck them on the grill. While this was going on we had our corn on the cob cooking, crescent rolls baking, and ice cream thawing.

We made the ice cream pie by softening the ice cream we added pecans, chocolate syrup, caramel, coconut, and white chocolate chips. It was truly delicious!
